What is the glory of God according to the bible

What is the glory of God according to the bible What is the glory of God according to the bible

The heavens declare the glory of God
and the firmament proclaim the work of his hands.
Psalm 19:2

The psalms is a book of song and prayers of the Old Testament, these songs cover different themes from songs of praises and beatitudes to supplications and songs of fidelity and thanksgiving.
Psalm 19 in particular is a song of thanksgiving to God for his creation, this Psalm in particular emphasizes trust and confidence in God. That is to say, the relationship with God is not established by faith (accepting the creed) or belief in particular, but in the security in his work. We contemplate the firmament this is where we see his wisdom. God exist because his work is manifested, this is the idea of the psalm, and in this lies his Glory.
The psalms emphasize the wisdom of God and wisdom as such is not in blind faith but in trust, God in this song is a friend. And where is the wisdom is the glory. Glory is the perfect fame, the fame of God, God is glorious.
The blessed and the predestined share the Glory of God by their similarity and proximity to him.
Glory, trust and contemplation coexist with wisdom. They are perfections. When it is said that "God has him in his Glory", Glory is synonymous of Contemplation. "We contemplate the Glory of God." We contemplate the attributes and gifts of God.
